Return Policy


How it works
If you decide you don't like the item(s) ordered from our online catalog, simply cover the cost of return shipping. Providing, the returned merchandise has not been installed, is returned complete and un-damaged we will process a credit for the returned item(s) minus a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returns and exchanges may be refused if received after 30 days from the ship date.

How to return merchandise.
We want you to get your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please help us by following these simple steps for all returns or exchanges:

1.Carefully repack the item or items in the original packaging.

2.Include a printout of our Return/Exchange form.

3.Include a copy of the original Order Confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list enclosed with your order)

We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse. Mail returns or exchanges to the following address:

If the fault is ours
If you should receive an incorrect or damaged item(s), please call customer service at (877) 837-7455 to arrange for pre-paid return shipping on the item(s) and processing of either a refund or replacement.
