RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase if items are returned in new condition. A 15% restocking charge may apply to returned items. Used or repackaged items may not be considered returnable.

Exchanges are accepted with customer paying shipping charges within 45 days of purchase.

You must contact Newton Distributing Company before returns or exchanges can be made.

We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item(s), please call customer service at (877) 837-7455 to arrange for pre-paid return shipping on the item(s) and processing of either a refund or replacement.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item(s) that is/are damaged during shipping, please call customer service at (877) 837-7455 to make arrangements for either a refund or replacement. Damaged items are handled on a case by case basis and may require the involvement of the shipping carrier (i.e. UPS) to resolve the issue.
