How It Works

If you decide you don't like the item(s) ordered from our online catalog, simply cover the cost of return shipping. Providing, the returned merchandise has not been installed, is returned complete and un-damaged we will process a credit for the returned item(s) minus a 25% re-stocking fee.

* HAND DRYER RETURNS (Voltage Info): If a hand dryer is ordered, ensure that the correct voltage has been ordered before attempting installation. If you have ordered the wrong voltage, we can gladly help with the return. There is a $50 deduction from the refunded amount for each unit if the plastic electrical access caps have been removed from the back of the hand dryer. If these access holes are punched out, there will be a $50.00 deduction from the refunded amount for each hand dryer.

If an order is shipped via freight truck which is common for water coolers, toilet partitions and combo paper dispenser/receptacle units, these may carry additional fees. Any item that is shipped via freight truck must be returned in the same manner. Please double check orders before purchasing, using a freight carrier is very expensive, so please work with our experts to find the best products ahead of time to avoid these costs. These large items will ship direct from the manufacturer and follow the return policy of the manufacturer. These items are guaranteed to have a 25% restocking fee when returned even under 30 days of purchasing.

Fire Extinguishers and Fire Extinguisher Cabinets are subject to a 50% restocking fee due to the shipping protocols and the standards set by the manufacturers. Please call before ordering these fire protection products for more details!

Items sent by UPS or Fedex, such as bathroom accessories and hand dryers may be refused as a return if the order is over 30 days past. All items to be returned must have a copy of a Newton RMA issued by one of our reps.

All returns must be scheduled before shipped to our location. Please call 877-837-7745 for more details on returning products or obtaining an RMA.

How To Return Merchandise

We want you to get your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please help us by following these simple steps for all returns or exchanges:

  1. Carefully repack the item or items in the original packaging.
  2. Include a printout of our Return/Exchange form. Without our RMA form, there will be no refund.
  3. Include a copy of the original Order Confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list enclosed with your order)

If The Fault Is Ours

If you should receive an incorrect or damaged item(s), please call customer service at (877) 837-7745 to arrange for pre-paid return shipping on the item(s) and processing of either a refund or replacement.
